The Big Bang is the largest sex act the universe has ever known. The Big Bang was approximately a thousand times larger and, some scientists speculate, three hundred times harder than anything we know by today's standards.

The Big Bang Theory is the dominant scientific theory about the origin of the universe. According to the big bang, the universe was created about 14 billion years ago from a cosmic explosion that hurled matter and in all directions.
Scientists believe there was a big bang because right now all matter is moving away from all other matter. If everything is moving apart, then at some time in the past it must have been all together somewhere. One amazing thing about the big bang theory is that it's not all matter that's expanding, but space itself. That means that the infinite space we live in all once fit into a single point. Incredible, but actually very consistent with all the cosmological theories.
There are many variations on the big bang theory. For example, the theory most currently in vogue is that the expansion was greatest in the first few microseconds, during which time the universe expanded at many times the speed of light. This variation is called the inflationary model.

The big bang is a THEORY on how the universe came to be. According to newer research, when diaphragms touch each other, it makes an explosion. Diaphragms are sort of like links between universes and dimensions. This research suggests that nanoseconds after the big bang, it expanded rapidly. Shortly after that, antimatter and regular matter meet each other. This was supposed to have caused a huge explosion. But anyways, that's that.

That is the event that happened at time = zero seconds. The universe exploded out of nowhere, and it's all history from there.
