This is because the sun is the source of light so that when it rises, there is a significant change from darkness to light, i.e. from night to day.. on the other hand the moon only reflects the sun's light and can sometimes be seen during the day too, so there's no specific time or event to characterise moonrise.

I have seen a bright orange full moon rise plenty of times, also i have seen the moon and the sun at the same time, so the ? that should be asked is, What planet do you live on?

What do you mean there's no moonrise? I've been awakened from sleep up in the mountains by a particularly BRIGHT moon rising, causing me to think it's morning already! We have moonrises.

I think that there are "moonrises" and "moonsets," but we don't notice them as much as we do the rising and setting of the sun.
