My husband likes going to strip clubs so would it be wrong for me to go on a date with an male friend?

I think that strip clubs is no place for a married man. I agree that you should go out on that date. I would tell him though & when he disagrees, which he will, then you can tell him "don't worry, I won't touch" and "after I have a stimulating conversation with him, I can come home and we can have great sex". Now I wonder if he would want to have sex with you after another man turned you on?

A strip club is a lot different than a date. In all honesty most of the strippers hate men really, and they are only doing what they do for the cash. Most clubs are also very strict about the "no touching the strippers" law. The problem here is that your husband is obviously doing something that makes you feel unwanted and unimportant. Getting even is never the answer to a bad situation though. If he won't honor and respect you by staying away from the clubs, a seperation may be in order, but first you need to make for sure that he knows your feelings. If he just doesn't care, then he needs to see what it is like to be alone. Those strippers don't care about him and he will learn very soon that he doesn't have enough money to keep them interested.

Hey if he is going to strip clubs go out with your friend. Who cares right. I mean why would a man want to go to a place like that when he has someone at home that can strip for him. Go out and have fun. Id do the same thing but id leave my husband first.

LMAO Strip clubs does not mean he's cheating.... lol is quite possible but you never know... and untill you do I wouldn't sugest dating someone else to get back at him.... It shouldn't be a problem for you to go hang out with a male friend ...... It is wrong for you to go Date a male friend

Yes it would be wrong and if you need time with someone else for a change, trying spending that time with girlfriends, Mom, sisters, or the kids. A healthy marriage does include time outs and it appears your husband has his way to relax so while he's out, try a Girl's night out.

Also, have you expressed your feelings to your husband in a rational discussion?

Someone suggested you try attending with him, it might make for an interesting evening. If you aren't up for that, try getting the girls together for a trip to a male strip club to give him a taste of his own medicine.

Um, yes, but no...calling it a date is your first problem. Going out with a male friend is not a problem, but calling it a date is! If you're saying you need time with someone else like time with another man, I think you guys might consider some counseling! Strip clubs are gross, but your husbands not dead! Go to a male review!

Yes and no. Yes because he's going out to strip clubs instead of being with you. No because he is paying for dances and doesn't have a one to one date with them at a restaurant or some other place. Tell him how you feel about him going out to those places and depending on what he says tell him you are going to start going out with friends to clubs too. Why should he have all the fun.

Your husband goes to strip clubs not on a date. And maybe hes wrong for going. If hes gos all the time. However do you hear yourself your asking will it be alright to go on a date. And that's wrong. That's like saying I'm going to cheat. Maybe not on the first date but maybe on the 5th date. If you plan on not being with this person, you want to go a date with, why would you? What are your intentions with your male friend? Don't do anything to disrespect yourself just to make a point to your husband. Why don't you go to the strip club with him. You would be amazed at how many couples are in there!
