When do pregnancy symptoms show up?

At 12 weeks will you be able to tell? If so...tell what?

Why is this the most asked question here and people still answer it????? There is not a real true answer because it is different for all people...some start early, some start well advanced into the first trimester....some have morning sickness some have morning noon and evening sickness, some are constipated some aren't some feel a bubble some don't...there is no true answer to this question...ya think you're pregnant take a test.....this is getting so old.

If you're like me, you would probably be able to tell by 12 weeks, because you would be sick as a dog and tired all the time. You wouldn't be showing, but you would have missed probably 2 periods by that time, so you'd be pretty certain something was going on.

yes at 12 weeks you wouldbe able to tell, by this point your period would be way late and you would be just about into your second trimester which is when a lot of symptoms like morning sickness start to ease up. Generally you feel a little sick and tired with a late period around 6 weeks.

You should be able to tell. i am almost 9 weeks and I feel sick and tired. My breasts are bigger and sore. My nipples are terribly sensitive and not in a good way. I pee all the time and am very thirsty. Also you wont have had a period for like 2 1/2 months at least. Go to the doctor and be sure one way or another....and take care of you for the baby that might be growing inside of you!

Mine showed up almost immediately. I started to get car sickness. I felt like I was getting my period. I had swollen breasts and bloating. If I didn't take a pregnancy test, I might have thought I was getting my period

Well I had horrible morning sickness and heartburn and I had a spitting problem ( some preg. people get it) I also "felt" pregnant.
