i am 14 and i love tennis i'm reall good and i'm also really good at weight traning and i want to know which one i should join at my school and i want to know would be funner and what is better for me

Tennis...weight lifting is hard, and you might like bend your wrist the wrong way or something.

The fact that weight training is not a sport leans my answer to your question to be tennis since its the only choice that really is a sport. If you want to be in a smelly weightroom with mostly only guys rather then outdoors and having fun maybe playing with girls in short skirts by all means pick weight training but if I were you I'd pick tennis and if I want to do weight training do it in the off season

Take tennis and leave the weight training for later. Your still too young and you do not want to stunt your growth, especially your height. You might need it for basketball or Football. Tennis is a great sport and developes agility and stamina, it won't impede your growth. Leave the weightlifting to a minimum for the next 3-4 years.

At 14 I would go with tennis. Save weight training for when your body's not growing so fast.

considering weight training is not a sport, id have to go with tennis
