Where are the other stones on the islands after you get the Ruby on Pokemon Leaf Green?

after you get the ruby give it to celio and he will give you the rainbow pass, then go to fourth island ,go into the cave get HM waterfall and defeat the team rockets in it and go to sixth island and go to the dotted hole and you will find some dots after you click on the door then use cut infront of the door,go into the cave get to the depest part of the cave and found sappire stone a scientist will snatch it from you but he will give you the password to the teamrocket warehouse, go to fifth island get to the team rocket warehouse enter the password and go into the teamrocket and get to the scientist, defeat the scientist to get the sappire, give the sappore to celio and he will fix the machine and allow you to trade pokemon with ruby,sappire and emerald.

after you fix the machine you can also catch mewtwo in the cerulean cave which is at LV70 with a strong psychic and take all your pokemon out of the battle so i suggest you use the master ball, if you don't have any master ball, brought at least 70 ultra ball and alot of full restore and revive.
