Playtex is good i use it okay get in a relaxed position either w/ legs open sitting or stand w/ one foot up on something and you have the rounded part pointed to your lower back at the virginal opening use a mirror if you have to see where it is then w/ the tampon insert it slowly inside you shouldn't feel it once its inside pull out the applicator and the string should hang down and to remove just gently pull down ward the string it should come out easily okay I'm not trying to be gross or anything just want to help hope it does.

First of all, make sure you have the right one for your flow (super, medium ec) and make sure you buy some with an applicator as this makes it much easier to insert. There are clear instructions in the box but I suggest that you place one leg on the toilet seat and try to relax as much as possible. The first few times seem impossible but you soon get used to it. Also make sure it's inserted properly and remember if you can feel it then its not pushed up far enough! sounds much worse then it really is!

Open the Tampon wrapper,
Sit on toilet or bed or chair and insert tampon pointing toward your lower back.
push in until comfortable insert and pull applicator out
***if you can feel the tampon in your vagina it is inserted WRONG***

You know something? I can't believe how some of you women act when someone ask you for a little help and you act like it's a crime for someone who may not know what they are doing ask for a little help. Hell, I'm a man and if she had ask me I would have told her. You don't have to be rude to her, I mean after all, it is a normal thing of nature and it has to be done, so why not just shut up and tell her what she needs to know? I know how to put in a tampon. I asked my wife and she told me, not because I am a pervert, but because I was interested enough to want to know. just in case we ever had a daughter and she needed to know, so I would know what to tell her.

Open your legs push it in make sure you get the plastic out once you push it in and thats it your done once its full you pull it out

remember dont leave it int too long you should change it every 4-6 hours to stop TSS
