Although Mallory distinguishes the sword in the stone from Excalibur, the Vulgate Cycle conflates the two artifacts. In any case, Merlin did insist the ceremony take place on Christmas. If we assume the sword in the stone was Excalibur, then "A" is true.

Christmas was the last day of the Battle of Hong Kong, so "B" is definitely true.

Charlemagne was crowned Imperator Augustus on Christmas day, but the relationship of Emporer to Empire was an iffy thing until the Germans took over. Charlemagne was crowned in 800 A.D., but the term "Holy Roman Empire" didn't crop up until 1254. But he's normally counted as one of the Holy Roman Emporers, so "C" should probably be true.

Now whether Scrooge was visited by four ghosts (Marley plus the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future), would all depend on how long Marley stayed. Marley was the first to show up and the Ghost of Christmas Past didn't come until 1:00am. Later, the Ghost of Christmas Present arrives at 1:00am. Apparently each ghost sets the clock back to midnight before leaving. Makes for a long night. The Ghost of Christmas Past then shows up "just after midnight". (Don't these guys carry a watch?) When Scrooge wakes, it's Christmas morning. So if Marley stayed to midnight, this statement would be true too.

But I'm guessing you were looking for "D".

In the most widely accepted of the King Arthur stories, he did not pull Excalibur from a stone. According to the story written by Sir Thomas Mallory in his "Le Morte d' Arthur" (and in the French version "Suite du Merlin"), the Lady of the Lake gave Excalibur to him after after a battle with King Pellinor in which the sword that Arthur took from the stone was broken.
