Which one do you think is infinite: the universe or human stupidity?

The universe- Only because human existence is certainly finite, even now only a speck of time on the universal clock. When humanity ceases to exist, human stupidity will cease with it.

The conditional exception would be the unlikely possibility that humananity may evolve fast enough to learn and deal with all the challenges of life, make the trasnsition to living in peace and expand it's presence to other worlds. That would mean that human stupidity had at least greatly diminished... but certainly would not make it disappear. So long as we exist, some of us- and I don't mean those with low IQ's- will continue to think and act stupidly.

So long as humans live- the question will be one we are reminded of by everyday events.

There may be an end to the universe, but as the light from that edge of infinity has not yet reaches us, we may never detect it.

There are, however, no bounds to human stupidity. Just when you think you have seen the stupidest thing ever...suddenly a new contender will appear on the horizon.
