What makes you think that we haven't been?
It becomes tiresome listening to "it's just because I'm Jewish, Irish, Catholic, Mexican, Black, Polish, Redneck, ..."
Whine & cry to me about how you can't go to college (ever think of working your way thru....yes it will take longer & you won't get to party in the frat house or go to Daytona for Spring break....soooo sad).
If you want to see real equality; join the Army. You'll find you have a lot in common with all groups...especially when you depend on everyone for survival.

I think it would helpful if it would go both ways. Racism isn't just whites against blacks. If Blacks could walk in our shoes and here the racist stuff that is said to us, joking or not......they might think twice as well. Whites are not allowed to joke about it, but Blacks can??? I think it would be great if we could all walk in each other shoes, it would give us a new found respect for each other.

I wouldn't care. Why? Because skin is skin... It wouldn't make a difference If I was purple for a day! It would be just another day If I were to be black for a day. So does that answer your question?

If white people could be black for day they would just be happy to get to say the "n" word. Becuz any other time they would have got beat down for saying that word. White people will never understand!!

well they would probably care less about using the :"N" word as I do. however, they would see all the stereotypical bullsh*t that we go through on a daily basis.
