Try contacting the Wish foundation - They take underprivileged children to Disney Land or Disney World for a day. Try contacting them with your case and ask them if they know of any programs that would work for you. If no success there, try contacting WDW yourself, try the website or phone their customer service line. I'm sure they have a program to suit your needs - their trying to make it the happiest place on earth for everyone!

There are no special tours available, but I'm sure arrangements can be made.
There is a VIP tour which will cater to your every wish, costs $125 per hour with a six hour minimum. However, I would suggest contacting Guest Services at (407) 939-6244 to see if there is something they can offer that isn't listed on their website.
I've linked to the other tours that are available.

Have you tried to contact the Make A Wish Foundation? http://www.wish.org/ They may be able to arrange something for you. You may also just contact the tours people at Disney and let them know your situation. It's possible that they may be able to set up a special tour for you.
Good luck with this.

Disney is absolutely *wonderful* when it comes to disabled guests. I would recommend that you call Disney and ask what is available. I can tell you that Disney is still fairly fun for one who is totally blind (I am legally blind in Florida): take your kid to Stitch's Great Escape or Test Track.

I'm not sure about DisneyWorld, but I know that at Disneyland in Pasadena, they take every measure to accomodate you. My sister is disabled, and every time we go, we receive a special pass that allows us to bypass all lines, gives us handicapped seating on all the rides that allow it, and allows employees to assist us when needed. I hope that this helps you -- enjoy your trip!!!
