Ok, i'm in policy debate and I need some information on how the Peace Corps helps end malaria. I need it from a credible source, please help!

You can always go to cross-x.com. Why do you want to run Peace Corps? There are much better and more topical cases out there. You can get an account on Planet Debate too, or an account on WC Debate (this one is free). There is a lot of information out there.
By the way, just to tell you, being a policy debater myself, Yahoo answers is not really the place to be asking this because not that many people will know. Why don't you just purchase of find a complete case online so you don't have to worry about specific Solvency cards? If you want to trade something, I can give you 200 pages worth of Peace Corps evidence. I have a lot (plus the negative case if you want it). My email is at Yahoo (same as the Yahoo! This I know:
Malaria is carried by mosquitoes which bite a malarial person. Then the mosquitoes is infected. It then will bite a person and infect them. The bug is not ill with malaria.
DDT is the best and (now we know) one of the safest mosquito killers.
When DDT was banned (by the US folk) it was a crying shame. The mosquito population of the world could have been eradicated and the disease of Malaria similarly gone/finished/ended/extinct.
But the good old US folks made all the health dept people stop using DDT and the mosquito is alive and well and children die by the dozens and hundreds and thousands annually because the DDT is unavailable. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

no longer a fan of this... no longer that i imagine giving is undesirable, yet we've too many authorities funded agencies giving money away. it must be yet another ingredient if there became one consolidated branch/team to blame for this. for the reason that Obama has been in workplace, they have raised the quantity of funds that USAID (US help and international progression) is receiving, which does rather a lot a similar ingredient because the computer.
