I don't have an actual recipe, but I do have some tips.

I have heard that if you put a touch of cinnamon it will plump your lips.

If you can't find a container to put your homemade lip gloss in, try a contact case. That way you can carry two different colors or flavors in your purse with you.

melt some Vaseline and add a few drops of food coloring and a smidgen of glitter dust if you want as the above metioned used lipstick works to. that's a generic way but it is lip gloss.

simple use Almond oil to your lips will help to keep moist.
I'm a great believer in Vaseline as a protection for the lips too.
