Guys can walk around shirtless. If a woman does its against the law and she can be arrested. If every woman stated walking around shirtless it would be a shock at first, but would then fade into something else.. comments? Agree?

No, becasue then b00b!es wouldn't be special and everyone wouldn't want them like they do now. I <3 my boobies.

And if you're so adament about seeing all women's boobies, imagine some big fat woman without a shirt on... or your mother. Hey, big fat men walk around without their shirts on, and I bet you've seen your dad topless!

I feel sorry for women here in california when it is triple digit tempatures outside and hot enough to boil an egg.I think it is very inhuman from both supreme court and state law to ban shirtless women. It's the same as tieing a dog to a tree with no water when it's hot.I wouldn't treat an animal that way nor a women.

I wouldn't mind that fact. There are a number of women I wouldn't mind seeing shirtless. And considering how little some women wear today I doubt it would be as much as a shock as you say. Also there are several guys I know that shouldn't be allowed to walk around shirtless.

I'd like there to be equality with the no shirts law, but I don't think it would happen. It would become too much of a...Breasts are sexual. Even though they have nothing to do with actually having sexual intercourse, insert penis into vagina, they are still sexualized. So I think that if a women was walking around shirtless, it would be a shock, but she would be degraded by comments and sexual aggression.

i completely agree. I have always thought that it was very unfair; if I really want to walk around without a shirt on, I should have that option. I probably wouldn't, but just knowing I could would make me happy :)

Yes, I agree. Maybe then women would be able to feed their children in public when they're hungry, and not have to wait or run off to the bathroom where people are urinating and defecating. I wouldn't want to eat in there, why should babies?

of course women should be allowed to be in public without shirts.

it's a horrible puritanical law.

it's cruel when women are arrested for breast feeding. why should the gov't regulate how women feeding their babies!

there is no reason that the US gov't. should force women to get tan lines while all across the western world (France, Italy, Germany, Jamaica...) women aren't required by law to get tan lines.

I believe in equality.

Either let us go topless or make the man put on a shirt! I have seen some guy-boobs that should not be seen by the public.
