Can anyone out there think of older names that could still be cute yet are not too overused? Also it would be good if the name was shared by someone great.
For example: My sons name is Elijah Ryan (after Eli Whitney and my husband)
The next boy will be Edison Jack ( after Thomas Edison and I just like the name Jack)

I LOVE the name Elijah I want to name my boy Dane Elijah which has an awesome meaning as well!

Okay girl names I like are: Catherine Melinda; Catherine is after Catherine Bach my favorite actoress, and Melinda is after my mother. I also like Darren Noel. I know no one with either name, but I like both names anyway
For boys:
Lucas Xavier Lucas after Luke Duke on Dukes of Hazzard (yes I'm a fan of DoH.) and Xavier after professor X in X-Men.
Matthew Alexander after both of my brothers.
I also like Christopher Ryan. after Christopher Reeve and Ryan I just like.

Talk about an older name......my daughters name is going to be either Isabelle Georgia (after my great grandmother) or Gabrielle Grace. I was named Amanda after my mom's great great aunt.

our son is Jazper Zeke he was our 3rd child and he was named after one of the 3 wise men that brought gifts to baby jesus. Jasper is the form more used for girls
