The professionals suggest you get them refilled every two weeks, but I am usually able to squeeze an extra week out of them. Wearing gloves when you wash dishes helps them last longer. I usually just get one filling before taking them off. Just to let my nails breathe and ensure that I dont have a nail fungus. Plus the people who continually get their nails redone usually end up with a fungus and/or discolored nails.

I used to get mine refilled every 2-4 weeks, depending on how much they grew out. Then, every 2-3 mons I would get them taken off, air out for a week and then redone. (OK..so sometimes I would go 4 mons!) I tip anywhere from $3-$5, that is all I can afford. But, I do tip $10 if I get the pedi and mani together. Hope this helps.

Well you have to get the filled when they grow out. Usually 2 weeks is the amount of time, but if your nails grow fast then maybe even a week.
Tip... no more than 10 dollars. 5-10.

i tip about 6-7 dollars...
but i love my nail girl.
