I've did research and the e300 has better mileage and consumes less energy (electricity) than the shwinn. Even though the shwinn has a seat the e300 is more efficient

Go with the Vespa Scooter from Razor. It looks cool (like a vespa) goes fast enough and... looks cool. It has a full body etc.
