i love my bf very much an have been good to him since day 1 i respect him and am very loyal to him. he had been in a long relationship b4 we met an he seemed to have had it so easy with her i dont feel i get the respect i deserve he loves me i know that but i really want him to see that he has got a good girl an not to take me for granted any advice pls .

the only way that your man can treat you better is by leaving him for a while. i mean if he doesnt respect then thats defenately not love that he feels for you. im not saying for you to dump him personally but like the saying goes. you dont know what you have untill you lose it. if you keep taking his crap then he is still gonna treat you that way. make sure you take stand for how your suppose to be treated because you have that right.

Only one way to do that. First you must have the kind of attitude that a person that loves and cares about them self does.He treats you bad because you don't stick up for yourself and you don't show him that you deserve respect.So, he walks on you like a rug, Right? Well, from here on out if you have an opinion, voice it. If you have hurt feelings about something, don't worry so much about what he thinks only and fear he will leave you if you don't give him his way. If he does , you shouldn't want or need him because anyone that really loves and cares about you wouldn't treat you less than you deserve. But like I said, no one is going to stick up for you in life if you cant or wont do it for yourself.

Kick him in the head as you stand over him screaming about what a good thing he has!!! Just kidding!
That thought above has crossed my mind many times!!
Seriously though, you will have to get him to sit down with you while you both are calm & happy & just explain the situation to him sincerely.
See what happens & how he reacts.
Having your faults pointed out to you always hurts a bit, so be patient when you mention it.
It has taken my bf & I 8yrs & we still fight & get hurt by what the other has to say.
We usually sit down & start to talk about how we see things in our relationship. I always get offened but relize later on that what my bf has said sometimes rings true & me wanting to always be a better person & parent am always willing to look at myself & see what I can improve on or work on.
If your bf is not willing to change for himself, more than likely he won't change at all or even realize what he has.
In passing, just happen to make a remark to your bf about how it would be if you just decided to get up & leave, then mention all the good things that he'd miss out on if you weren't there.
See how he reacts & what his says.
Just go from there!!!!!

We teach people how to treat us and it seems that he's learned that he needn't respect and honor you. He knows he's got a good girl but that isn't buying you much is it? That's too bad. Require that he respect and honor you. There are ways to do that without driving him off but you must be firm and resolute.
