When will the Mauna Kea Observatories be closed to the public for Cristmas?

I'll be in Hawaii from Dec. 15 - 26 and I would dearly love to visit the Observatories while I'm there. I need to know when they'll be closed for the holidays. Thanks!

The visitor information center is open from 9 am to 10 pm every day, 365 days a year. A public Escorted Summit Tour is conducted every Saturday and Sunday, which would be December 16,17, 23 and 24 in your date range. See the source for more info.
