A nanny goat because a male goat is called a billy. Don't be mistaken that sheep are the female version of a goat like some do.

Tirya gave a really good answer. All I'd like to add, is some extra definitions:
KID - either male or female goat, less than 1 year old
WETHER - a neutered male goat, any age, often kept for a pet
DOELING - a young female goat, less than 1 year old
BUCKLING - a young male goat, less than 1 year old

Doe. And by the way, male goats are called "bucks".
BTW, for whoever gave a thumbs-down to my answer:
American Boer Goat Association
http://www.abga.org/breedinfo.html
DOES
Does should have well formed udders with good attachment with the number of functional teats not to exceed two per side.
National Pygmy Goat Association
http://www.npga-pygmy.com/resources/husbandry/allreasons.asp
Does willingly give up to 2/3 gallon per day at the peak of their lactations. I feel a doe worth her keep should give half-a-gallon per day at her peak, but a quart a day is nothing to sniff at – that’s nearly two gallons a week!
American Dairy Goat Association
http://adga.org/breedstandards.html
The Oberhasli is a Swiss dairy goat. This breed is a medium size, vigorous and alert in appearance. Its color is chamoisee. Does may be black but chamoisee is preferred.
