B12 is for energy
Best thing however is going back to the basics.
Remember the expression you are what you eat.
If you eat **** you feel like ****, if you eat healthy you'll feel better and have more energy.

Things that slow you down - white flour, white potatoes, white bread, fat, simple sugars cake/candy/cookies, red meats, whole milk & cheeses, soda regular or diet.

Things that give you energy. whole wheat and whole grains, yams, rye bread, pumpernickle, fruits and veggies, whole wheat pasta, chicken and fish, low fat milk & cheeses. Water, crystal lite... helps the water go down :)

1. Get a physical to make certain you do not have a medical reason for your tiredness and lack of energy [e.g., diabetes can cause that kind of sympton, as well other things]

2. Drink lots of water

3. Set a pattern and stick to it for going to bed and do not consume fluids or caffeine shortly before retiring.

4. Eat more vegetables and less carbs ....

5. EXERCISE....if you are sedentary you should get some form of excersie every day, even a 15 min walk to rev up your metabolism

sorry but the caffeine is probably the culprit for zapping the go. try some fruit juice and protein drink instead. the body needs the real stuff, try food instead of all the vitamins. get the rest you need, go to bed a half hour earlier for a week and see if this helps.
if things seem to remain the same, maybe something medical.

Make sure you are getting enough sleep. 8 hours is optimum. Also eat a well belanced diet that includes plenty of fresh fruit and veg and lots of water. If you load up on caffeine it will dehydrate you. Pehaps try a berocca in the mornings too.

quit the caffeine, exercise just befor bed, and again for a few minutes in the morning. Meditate a little, sometimes stress, or a lack of a plan for the day can zap your energy.
