Definitely with. A sweet potato is considered naked until it's got molten marshmallows on top. Adding pecans, butter, brown sugar, dark Karo syrup or maple syrup works, too.

I love sweet potatoes... pretty much any way. When I make them myself, I usually wrap them in tinfoil, with a small amount of Cinnamon butter & throw them on the grill for an hour...
