I've have been living in North Carolina for about 9 months now and I haven't made any friends now. The only good friend that I had moved back to Philadelphia because her husband got deployed. I need someone to talk to I need friends. Would you be my friend please.

Please be careful choosing friends from the internet... You never know who you are dealing with.. and please, please, DO NOT agree to go to anyone's house.
You will meet friends in town. Take a class at a community center, one that interests you and accomidates your age group.
Pray about friends as well.
Jesus will always be your friend, he will never leave nor forsake you...EVER.
