You definitely have to go with Gore who rushed for over 200 yards against Seattle a few weeks back. It would be tough to sit the league's 3rd leading rusher. The only caveat being Seattle gives up < 90 RYG at home.
Although Green and Betts are good options you will have to select one of Jones-Drew or Taylor as your 2nd back as Jacksonville rushes for almost 150 RYG away while the Titans give up 125 RYG at home. Which one to chose? I would recommend Jones-Drew because of his break-away ability, the fact that he steals all the goal-line carries, he has scored 1 TD in each of the last 5 weeks, he has averaged 14 FPG over the same 5 weeks and the Jags will give him more carries once they take and hold their lead. The Jags will also try to rest Taylor to conserve him for the playoffs and also see what Jones-Drew can do for the future.

Tough to pick between Taylor and Jones-Drew against Titans, but you definately want to attack the Titans run D. I would use Jones-Drew over Taylor because he gets receptions and returns punts too (picks up more points than Taylor by having these to areas). Also, he is getting more playing time lately and Taylor is getting less PT. Go with Gore as the other option as he has been solid and I think Betts will lose carries because Washington will need to pass as they will be behind of the Saints. Green is in decline which is why I would pass on him.

Tough call: those are all good plays this week. (Is it too late to trade?) ;)
I'd go with Gore and Green. The two Jacksonville RBs likely will have big days, but it's hard to tell which will have the most production. Gore and Green won't be sharing carries & face miserable defenses. Betts is a good option as well, but I just don't anticipate the Redskins will be able to get a lead or maintain one & will have to go to the air in the 2nd half.

Maurice Jones-Drew at Tennessee and Frank Gore at Seattle because Maurice Jones-Drew has been a dual threat and he has been explosive. Frank Gore because he is Frank Gore.

Titans run defense is terrible - the way he's been playing I think Maurice Jones-Drew is a great play against Tennessee. For the other spot I think you can't go wrong with Gore in there.

Jones-Drew and Ladell Betts
Jones-Drew is very elusive and is very hot. The Titan defense will have a hard time stopping him.
Betts has done a great job of filling in for Portis and should be able to run on NO. J. Jones busted a long one on them and then Dallas went away from running him.

If I had your line up I'd select :
GORE ( Fantasy Stud)
Jones-Drew ( He has a TD in the past 4 weeks and he is a excellent kick off returner)

I would go with Wells and Greene, they have a lot of runs like Benson and Helu, but are better players. I wouldn't start Gronkowski to bench them just because I think Running Backs are more reliable, especially if they have 20 or more runs per week

Gore and Drew. Seattle can't tackle and Jones is proving unstoppable.
