I would get her a massage and day of pampering. Every woman needs that at least once per year! Throw in a makeover and take her out to a nice dinner afterwards. Could lead to a very romantic evening under the stars.

how about an I love you ring there not to expensive maybe 100.oo
or how about the necklace with 3 diamond that stands for past present and future.there not a bad price either.how about a new coat with gloves and a scarf.you could always get her a gift and then stick a Jc pennys gift card with it.So if you get her something she does not like she can go and get her own self something.
