I have a cryotherapy appointment at 9:15 am... I'm just wondering if I will feel ok to go to work afterward or if I should let them know I'll be working from home that day. Please share your experience.

you should be able to go to work without an issue. But, if you have the option to work from home, I might suggest it. It's one of those things where it's just nice to go home and put sweats on and drink tea afterwards...

good luck...

I haven't had the cryotherapy, but I did have the leep procedure. Basically the same thing except they use heat instead of cold. I would probably tell them you will work from home. You will probably bleed a little, and don't be surprised if you get cramping. Nice just to relax after it. No need to stress out even more.

You will have some mild cramping, that's normal, Take Tylenol before your appointment and take every 4 hrs after that as needed. It is NOT recommended to wear a tampon for a few weeks, so have a few pads along with you. you will have a slight flow, Go ahead and go to work if you want to, other than the cramping, you should be fine.
