If you don't masturbate for a long period of time your body will take care of it's self and you will have a "wet dream", in other words you will have an orgasm in your sleep. As it is your masturbating too much! Masturbate when you really feel the need for it, not just because you have a stupid friend who gives you false/crazy advice. People follow those religions.
And they still procreate.
