haha i bet your in band, well i am, i play saxophone, Well this is how u do it, First make shure that the ilittle " blinds" on the cummer bund is facing up, so when u look down you'll see every indicidual pocket, and just simply buckle the cummer bund around ur waist and center it int he middle of your torso and you hip, so its goign over your belt. :) hope that works.

Not sure how to wear a cummerbund? The pleats are always worn upwards, and attached around the waist with snaps or buttons. It should fit snug, but not constrict your abdomen. The cummerbund will accentuate your waistline – if you have a protruding belly, go with the vest.

You put it around your waist.have the broader size facing ahead of you and covering your belt,or the top of your pants.You latch the ends in the middle of your back.
