how do i download it and dont no how to get torrent and yea how do i get movies and shows?

If you are willing to allow anyone on the network to have access to everything on your computer, use p2p programs like torrent, but if you have half a brain keep away from it.
Put a TV tuner card on your computer and record the movies on your computer directly. It is 100% safe and legal while p2p is neither.

Go to www.download.com and download bitcomet. From there go to torentpond and seach and download the movie or show you want, if you can't find it try another torent site. Let it download and then open it and watch. Or extract it and watch.
