Yes they are. It is rumored that it will be released (first version) in the US in the early part of 2007. Following that will be the second version (smartphone) in the mid to late part of 2007. Both would more than likely be based on the iPod and running a portable version of Mac OS X.

I have heard yes i kinda hope so the phone should be more stable than a windows mobile phone.

yes they are but they havent announced it yet OFFICIALLY. it's supposed to come out early next year.
