How can I get more h/power from my 03 silverado it has a 4.3?

You can re-program the computer first, and change a few of the factory settings around. You could also add an intake and an exhaust for some quick results. Also, while it's not more HP, you could swap out the gearing and get some quicker starts off the line, but intake and exhaust are the cheapest routes.
