They had lots of sexual innuendos concerning other people on the show That Girl. But Ann and Donald always seemed so platonic. I don't think it was the era to be that innocent, as some people may think. "All in the Family" wasn't shy to go to the sex side and neither was "Love, American Style" - both on when That Girl was on.

no they never had sex but yeah they did have a lot of a lot of innuendos. there was one episode where they gave an innuendo that they'd stay home and"watch tv" and they both went into the bedroom. it never showed it cause of the time period. all in the family was a show that was different than the mainstream shows like that girl. i loved both that girl and all in the family. i used to watch all in the family with my grandpa when i was little. old shows just seem so much better and more interesting than today's reality shows.

No sex! It was the late 60s and early 70s.......they went out of their way to write the show so that she stayed chaste.....it is so dated and quaint now!
