how can i put xmas lights up on the inside of my windows and they wont fall down?

Use tape or thumb tacks.

Put nails above it or, buy a weather proof thing that u use for stockin it peels off with out takin off wall. They work ok out side. Inside they suck. BTW try that.

I agree with Mar Yam - Get small hooks with suction cups to hold them in place. Or small hooks that screw in will work too.

use zipties to tie the lights to the tacks or they will just fall off
