I am 31 and I haven't had that yet. I look like I am 20 so I guess mine will start when I am forty. If you look 30 than maybe yours is starting now.

Funny but I'm over 40 and I feel randier now than I did when I was 25 so yes there is hope. It really and truly is only how you feel about yourself and the world around you not the way you look. However just look at Meryl Streep she is over 70, Jane Fonda, Helen Mirren need I go on !!

By the way I've always wanted to surf don't see why I could'ent try it. Age has nothing to do with living.

Go on if you really want to make yourself feel better do something now that you've always wanted to do but have never tried before.

You may lose it for awhile when you turn 30, but pretty soon you'll look around, and say, "This looks just like 29 did. I guess I've still got it!".

I wondered about turning 30, and decided to not sweat it. At 40, my wife threw me a surprise birthday party, invited friends I had not seen in years, and we had a great time. At 50, I wished on my AARP card for hair plugs, didn't get them, and decided that life is still pretty good. I dunno what I'll do at 60 - maybe skydiving.

My point is, you can worry about getting old, or you can live your life so that you enjoy it. Age is only a number. Whether it rules your life is up to you.

I felt much the same as you before I turned 30 but now I'm in my 30's I've come to realise it's a great time of your life. I have more confidence than I ever had and I don't give two hoots what people think about what I do. I take each day as it comes and try to enjoy every minute of it. (I still never admit my age to anyone though so I guess I do have some personal hang-ups about it!)

Breathe! If you can surf now, you will be able to surf until you just can't anymore.
I turn 30 next month and I am beginning to fret about the little wrinkles I can see, and the fact that I can't put my legs behind my head anymore...if I did some stretching exercises I could get that back...as for the wrinkles...I'm trying every cream on the market!

You will survive and be okay. You do want to continue to live....so embrace another blessing of turning a year older. I'm 35, and wisdom should come with age. I don't consider myself to be in my mid-ages. I take life one day at a time, and thank God for blessing me with life. There's too many tragedies that occur all around us. People I had known are no longer here.

Youthfulness comes from your mindset..you're only old if you think you are. Don't even fret about the future. You have to believe it will be alright.

PS I consider myself to be at my peak point. There's many great things I will accomplish.

I hope not, if its true then i've only got 4 months left :o|

If you surf then i'm sure your quite healthy and fit already so i'd assume you wouldnt start to slow down til late 30's if that, some people r different and u might not slow down til later on in life.

Apparently though, once we hit 30, we're supposed to have stronger orgasms ;o)) alright for some aint it, hope its true lol.

Happy surfin'

I am 59, my wife is 56 we run 4-5 miles a day, we play tennis, we golf, she goes to school in the evening to learn things she had no time for in college. I teach adult education and literacy. My friend, John Calvarese is a surfer from San Bernardino, age 58.

You never loose it young lady, you give it up. You let it go. I know people in their 40's that cannot even walk, because they let it happen. A good attitude towards age helps, you have a lousy attitude now, maybe you need to quit feeling sorry for yourself.

When I turned 30 I thought my life was over but you know it just gets better and better. I'm over 50 now and still do everything I used to do. My Guy still thinks I'm the S*** too ...so you don't lose it when you get older as long as you take care of yourself and don't slow down or gain weight.
