I think it's silly that Knievel waited a year before suing Kanye. I love Kanye's music & though I don't agree with some of his whiny tirades (Kanye, be a good sport, eh?!), still doesn't mean that he "tarnished" Knievel's reputation with the video. And it's not like other celebrities haven't been mocked before, but it's just entertainment. Shrug it off and move on. If anything, Knievel should've taken it as flattery that Kanye CHOSE to be Knievel-like in his video as he could've chosen anyone or any other theme!

I do like the song "Touch the Sky". I like the video dispite not likeing Pam Anderson much. It is pretty lame that he has to sue Kanye.
