And does she have a right to do to the baby whatever she wants like our abortion laws say? Seems like they are two different people wether they are inside or outside the womb to me.

i don't think the baby is considered part of a woman's body when the baby is inside or outside.

the abortion law doesn't permit abortions after 3 months. So if they baby is out of the womb at 3 months, it probably doesnt have a chance either way because it wouldn't survive outside the body.

That's a tough question. I would say no, the baby is now living on the outside of the mother and is a separate person. Mother would not have the right to do something mean or bad to the child.

If the baby is out of the womb and if it is attached to the umbilical cord it is still part of the woman's body

It should be considered part of the woman's body until it takes it's first breath and stops dependency on the umbilical cord. This is only my opinion and not a medical opinion.

Well seeing as a woman can have an abortion without even telling the father about it I guess it must be part of her and all hers except if you leave her in which case its half yours and you have to pay Child support.

They are two separate people regardless. The mother is just the protection that a baby needs to grow and develope. They never are the same person. That's how I see it. I hope what I said makes sense.

I do not think it is considered part of the womans body, i think abortion should be illegal, because it is your fault that you are pregnant in the first place newayz!
