"Quizzed", used as first word, would score thus:

10+1+1+10+0 (blank)+1+4 = 27, plus 50 for using all seven letters, plus a double word for the first word on the board.

Total score 104, anyone beat that?

Two many variables to answer this question.

(My highest individual score for one word was 196 points, a seven letter word which joined with another word and then covered two triple word scores.)
