while waiting to be called in my sons dad's lawyer was openly discussing my court case with other lawyerss. even the intimate information. i heard every word he said. can i ask the court to dismiss him?

No. He owes you no duty. Absent a court order he has no obligation to the court to keep his mouth shut. One of the worst things about divorce is the lack of privacy & the fact that the very worst things you've done in your life will become public knowledge.

You can ask. Your request won't be granted. To get an attorney dismissed from a case, you would have to show cause: malpractice, extreme prejudice, criminal wrongdoing.
Lawyers discuss cases with lawyers. That's what they are supposed to do. If the discussion does not harm your case, ask the lawyer to be more discreet.

You can absolutely report him to your state bar association for violating the model rules of professional conduct (confidentiality), but your son's dad will need to file, since he's the client.
