oh yeah i like mystique cause she's like a super expert at everything she does and i love venom because he's equal to/better than spiderman

well... reading your question really literally, the only choice is Juggernaut - the only character to be BOTH an X-men hero AND a spiderman villain (reformed, of course.)

Havok is my favorite X-Man. There was a really cool mini-series called Meltdown with Havok and Wolverine. Havok easily held his own. Been a big fan ever since. Spiderman villian would be Carnage. Like Venom only worse(or is it better.) He is mean and enjoys it.

Mystique! She is hot. And she could turn into anyone she wants! It doesn't hurt that she has Rogue as a daughter either! Spiderman villain Mysterio because he could screw with your mind!

NightCrawler and Beast in X-Men. Because who wouldn't want to be the smartest person around and/or be able to pop out when the conversation got boring? (also love Storm, just cause she's HOT)
Spiderman is my fav. He's always the underdog and so misunderstood. But he never gives up.

My favorite X-Men character is Shadowcat. I just think it'd be cool to walk through walls or phase in such a manner to almost fly. Spiderman villian would be Electro just because I always enjoyed their battles.

Collosus & Wolverine from X-men. Put them together and they'll be more than unstoppable.
Vultureman, cos he made spiderman to age fast. And poor spidey cudnt jump, swing or move fast.

Fav X-men chara : Wolverine : he can't die. And do you all know that in next fall 2007 a movie titled "Wolverine" will be released. with Hugh Jackman... HAHAHAHA
Spiderman: fav villain : VENOM, no one else.
