I've always liked to read and write about leadership (different from management). Giuliani has a terrific book on leadership. Include how it differs from management, great leaders of the past and why they were great, and the future of leadership in corporate and political America.
The main thing, no matter what your topic, is that you love the topic and can live with it for months and months and months until the thesis has been thoroughly researched and written and defended. If you don't love the topic, you will be pulling out your hair in no time!
