Personally I think Valentines day is a crass commercialised holiday created by greetings card companies to make money.
However if I meet someone in the next few months I'd happily get in to the spirit of the occasion.

Everyone hates Valentines day when they are single.especially when everywhere you go, there are couples hugging and kissing and that. valentines day is a very romantic holiday. but even though you are single, you are not alone. try being with family and friends, it doesn't have to be only a companion

No, I love it! Having had my heart broken many, many times I just look at the saps out there and hope for the best for them! It's like a Rite of Passage, you go through a few lovey-dovey years and after that pay it no more mind! All the married women out there who whinge at their husband's lack of interest have their sisters and themselves to blame! If you didn't act so fickle when you were young, then maybe we'd care a little more!

To tell the truth I don't let it ar*se me one way or the other. Yes, it is nice to be in a relationship, but when not, I simply put the holiday on iggy. Well, sometimes I buy candy for an elderly friend or two, to brighten their day.
Maybe I am wrong but I think it bothers females more. So many of us males are happy with pub, grub, and a w@nk (not saying I am), we hardly think beyond it.

Valentines Day is actually St. Valentine's Day. You shouldn't feel bad being single on a saint's feast day.

no, not really no! get some cards from guys in my class which is the sweetest thing 2 get. So no i dont hate valentines day that much.

No but I find the ? a bit odd if your not a total loser why should you be single on valentines day- it'a 3 months away!If your that desparate email me I could do with a mistress.

if you are single then you can have the most fun
you can send a million card and make a million people happy.
its not the receiving but the giving!!
And at least if you send a million something wonderful might aspire for nxt year!!
(I have listened to way to many happy songs this christmas I see!)

lol, i cant be bothered. im presently single but i tend to have a fight with my girl friend when i was in relationship days before valentines day.

definitely not, best time to pull. because if you feel bad about being single then there will be a girl out there thinking the same. so you're guaranteed.
