Could it be 105 wpm or 115 wpm?

What about for a first grader?

By the end of 3rd grade a student should be able to read about 120 wpm on a passage written at a 3rd grade level. However, reading fluency is only one component of reading. I would much rather see a student read slower but have great comprehension than have a kid who can read 160 wpm and doesnt understand a thing he read.

This answer depends on the individual child. I have spent time listening to children read. Each child is different and has their own speed. Some kids read slowly and carefully while others will read quickly yet fluently.
