i know it says Naxxramas but where is that? like exactly where do i have to go? and is he really a lvl 1 elite and does he really drop epic stuff?

he is in the very top of the eastern plaguelands and is level 60+, don't remember exactly what his level is but I know it's above 60.

Naxxramas is a 40-man attunement only dungeon. Hard to get attuned but I do believe there's good gear to be had if you can get in. You're going to have to join a good end-game guild.
