in your seat, watching tv or any other time relaxing. just squeeze your vaginal muscles together and release. do this repeatedly for 5-10 minutes. it will only seem easy at first. the results will reveal themselves under the sheets. have fun.

yes, in natural childbirth classes they teach the "elevator" exercise. Contract the muscles like you're moving an elevator "up" and then back "down. This should work for you, and you can even do it at work!

you just need to practice squeezing your vaginal muscles. its just like when you tighten your abdomen muscles when you are doing sit ups

when you're urinating, stop, hold it in, let go, stop again, hold it, let go....keep doing that while you're urinating and after a while it will tighten the muscles!
