Should a fantasy football team manager be disqualified if they place non-injured players on their IR slots?

If it allowed him to pick up another healthy player, than yes, that is an illegal move. In theory, his IR guy is ready for business when he wants him.

He gains more flexibility unfairly this way.

If your league's IR rules are spelled out clearly, someone should neck punch him for being a weasel.

Your commissioner would have to decide a suitable punishment in such a way that it doesn't ruin the integrity of the league. He or she should get a chance to plead their case...

There is a IR position this year and I am trying to figure out how to use it, We only have 3 on the bench so and true IR might be nice if I knew how to manage it as a commissioner.
