That is the best things about Bargains, you have to hunt for them, just like real life. Anyone who says they have bargains, is usually overpriced or ripping you off.
However, you *might* get lucky on the auctions or the trading post, if you have time to do your research and practice. good luck!

If you've done numerous searches and have found nothing, then chances are there ARE none at the cost you are looking for. Your best bet would to keep checking the trading post, the shop wizard, and auctions.
