Do most men prefer large or small breasts?

I am 5'4 and 120 lbs with a full 34 c cup, but i always think i would look better to get plastic surgery and have a d cup, what do you all think?

I wouldn't get surgery, small breasts are more fun and when you get older you will have more pain in your back. Enjoy your small but cut breasts, big breasts are often over rated, they sag as you age and they sweat more...so enjoy your small ones.

34C's are perfect. When I met my husband I was a 5'7'', 110lbs, and a 34C, he loved my 34's. He still loves them, but I've gained 10 lbs and a cup size! Point is when your a D-cup your back hurts and you cant stand up as straight as you could with a C! Plus, surgery now days, are risky and I've watched way too much Discovery Health on TV and I was one to say I wanted bigger too. Not anymore! Be happy with what you got you sound perfect! I'd look up health risks online or something and really take thought in this. Talk to your doctor and make sure he knows WTH he's doing! If you do decide to be careful hun!

There are many factors that go into what makes a woman attractive to men beside the size of their breasts:

- Breast shape (just as important as breast size)

- Overall proportions and body shape. Small breasts can be very attractive on certain boby shapes, while larger works well on others.

- How you carry yourself, your personality. Some women who don't meet the typical standards of attractive are considered attractive/sexy not because of how they look, but by how they act.

- Personal preference. A good friend prefers thin, tall, women. While I prefer shorter, more shapely women.

Based on what you wrote, it sounds like you are well proportioned, and I think you should not get the procedure. But, it is your body and your money, it is up to you to make the decision. If you feel you would be happier, then go ahead. But, also realize that there is more to it than large breasts.

First understand that surgery is a serious endeavor. No cutting open of your body is routine. There are always risks.

The answer to your question really lies with you. Do you believe that breasts make the women, or do you believe that the women makes the breasts? The largest sex organ is the brain-so a person's sexuality and the image projected is largely due to how that person carry's herelf or himself.

There really is no right answer. You just need to be honest with yourself, and go from there. Good luck.

I think you are probably a perfect size. I am 5'6 and 125 lbs with a 34D/36C cup and I think they look great and are very proportionate to my body. I was a 34B before and they were okay but lost volume after my baby. Take proportion into consideration before getting plastic surgery. Bigger is not necessarily better.

Full C's are perfect. Going to a D would look too fake. Stay with the C's and just wear bras that help you with Clevage!!

1. No Man Is Worth The risk of surgury of someting as trivial as bigger boobs,
2. If you go bigger than a C cup your going to have a hard time finding cute/sexy bra's in that size, And you'll have a hard time finding shirts and tops that fit right.
You'll hate it.

Trust me it doesn't matter what size they are, men just want to see them. :)
