if you have an odor in that general region you should see a doctor, otherwise it is ok if you don't wash there after a normal day, but any other excercise , working out, running, sexual intercourse you should tidy the area or shower just to make sure no "ickys" infest the area. otherwise it is a self cleaning thing.

Not everyone takes bath or showers every night..some people every other day some people only a couple of times a week...some people have body odor no matter how many times they bathe and some people don't... 1 day certainly should not make a difference.
