Radio stations usually hire interns or extra help for early a.m. shifts. Newspaper carriers start early. Delivery truck drivers, i.e. vending or bread trucks run early. What about a bakery? Bread bakeries have super early shifts.

Radio station, newspaper delivery...or try 24 hour places like Meijer, WalGreen....etc....they might have a shift for that time range. Don't know where you live though.
