No, it is talking about your signs other than your birth or sun sign. Here's the explanation.
Everyone has at least three to four astrological signs. A birth or their sun sign, a moon sign, and a rising sign are the three major areas that everyone looks at. The fourth sign is your sex sign and from what I have read those can change.
What I would do is find someone who is an astrologer and ask them. They would be better equipped to explain this than I since I read tarot and not stars. My advice, pagan chatrooms are wonderful places to find people who will help you just don't mind the fact that they are normally not serious. Myspace is a good one and you can tell them that Ashby sent you to ask. They might take you seriously then.
